LOS GATOS, Calif., November 4, 2024 – An article published in a recent issue of The Journal of Cutaneous Pathology highlights research to quantify the histologic features used in assessing atypical skin lesions biopsied for pathology evaluation. The work, supported by Orlucent, was conducted by a team of seasoned dermatopathologists who incorporated categories and elements of the WHO and Duke systems and encouraged further validation of the revised criteria.
